Parking
There is Metered parking available in Copley Square on St. James Avenue, Newbury Street, Clarendon Street, and other side streets in the neighborhood. You can also park at the Back Bay Garage. Enter the garage at either 199 Clarendon St or 113 St. James Ave, then park on level 2 or 3. Take the Boylston Street elevator to the 1st floor (not the Berkeley St elevator). The garage only accepts credit/debit cards (no cash).

Excellent! All the professionals involved are highly qualified and know very well what they are doing. I was very well taken care of from the first consultation, during the transplant and I was well assisted afterwards as well. And this made me very calm and certain that I chose the right place to receive treatment.

Dr. West and his staff are the only reason I decided to get a 2nd HUT. World class and second to none. Don’t have enough nice things to say about everyone in that building. They all deserve several raises.

The crew was extremely nice and very comforting. They made the long process much easier to get through because of their personalities and kindness.

Overall, I had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and caring. The only constructive feedback I have is that the staff should not put the bandages over the arms of eye glasses. It was a bit of a challenge trying to get my glasses off when I arrived back at the hotel.

Everyone (from the reception to being escorted to the exit after the procedure) was very professional, welcoming, and friendly. I felt at ease all throughout. Kudos to the whole staff.

The whole Bosley experience from the initial counseling all the way to the end of the procedure was AAA for me. It was sorta like being with family. It was so relaxing, despite being a medical procedure, that I felt right at home. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone. They're great. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t really prepared for the extent of additional hair loss post procedure. The hair has subsequently grown back. While I was in the midst of the initial procedure I found it devastating. I didn’t want to go out in public.
