Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Dallas

I'm really glad I reached out to Bosley. From the first day I received very informative information that I read over and when I decided to set up an appointment I was greeted with a very timely response that was much appreciated. I set up an appointment soon after and was introduced to Trey who went over all the details answered all my questions and gave me a very reassuring feeling about the whole process. And on my surgery day Dr Kilgore once again answered my questions and laid out the details of the surgery plan, pre op and post op plans which were all very well detailed and flawlessly carried out by her and her excellent team of very friendly and professional experts that took care of everything throughout the whole procedure. Everything went exactly per their plan. I was given everything I needed for the recovery process that was also very well laid out and easy to follow. Dr Kilgore even reached out to me after office hours to check on me the evening after the surgery.Now I am excited to see the results in the months to come. Thanks again for everything that all of you at Bosley have done for me and my confidence. Looking forward to sharing my results with you guys. Thanks again!!!!

The doctor made a game time decision to switch to FUE rather than FUT, which resulted in no additional scar line and no stitches to remove (I.e., faster recover time with less pain). Entire staff was knowledgable and highly concerned with my personal comfort throughout the day

Dr Kilgore is wonderful. She worked with us in understanding everything. The staff. Is very friendly and everyone makes sure you are comfortable and gives the vibe that you do matter.

Recently had a FUE procedure with Bosley at this location. I worked with Dr. Kilgore, Trey, Denise and many others who all very nice, helpful and professional. Very kind and accommodating

I originally selected FUE, but at the last minute, Bosley informed me that the technician was on vacation, so no one was available to perform the procedure. I could not change my schedule in the last minute. As a result, they switched to FUT, which resulted in fewer hairs being harvested from my scalp. I believe that if I had received FUE, as I had initially chosen, my hair density would have been much better.
