From I-610 (north or south), exit Westheimer Road. Turn West on Westheimer Road and make a left on Sage Road (3rd light). Take a right into the second parking entrance. Go past the 5251 Garage and park in the 5333 Garage, which has a covered walkway into our building. Our office is located in Suite 560 (on the fifth floor).

De Feldman is professional and caring. He did a great job on the procedure and called me later that night after 8 pm just to check on how I’m doing. He does an amazing job and he also cares for his patients. The staff and nurses of course are also very kind and skilled
