Free parking is available. We are located in a large, tan building with lots of windows. There is a sign on the building that says ‘First Western Bank’. Please park in the front parking lot. From there, go through the front doors and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

The office staff works with me to schedule or reschedule appointments . And they are very understanding of my changing work schedule. They are very friendly. I always see the physician , I like the PA and the RNs- they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I get the feeling of genuineness from them, that they really care about helping me with my hair- and not any ulterior motives. WELL DONE- Cheers!

It was fast, the staff and doctors are nice. I’m able to use my prp treatments at multiple offices. I was impressed with the Denver office, and very impressed with the Scottsdale office.. Appointments made last minute and very easy

These people are very professional, and super sweet. Though the process can be tedious and uncomfortable, Bosley Scottsdale does their upmost to give breaks and make one feel at home. I will be recommending Friends/Family to Dr. Karl and his team!

Everyone at Bosley were so amazing and helpful. I did have one major gripe and a few minor gripes. I wasn’t aware that there would be a consultation with the Dr after my initial consultation. That should be communicated during the initial consult and maybe even on your website as part of the process. Also if a patient doesn’t acknowledge an email a follow up call and text should be made at least once. I had my consult the morning of the appointment and while the Dr was so nice about it and didn’t pressure me at all, I still felt like it was a bait and switch because I was told that instead of one treatment for 12K it would likely cost me 2-3 times as much with multiple treatments 9-12 months apart. Minor gripes - pay the $15 a month for a Pandora subscription to remove ads for patients and your staff. That a drop in the bucket. I also found out at the end of my procedure that I couldn’t keep the water cup I was using because it’s REUSED for other patients. Gross. I get that it’s washed but it’s hard to wash those reusable straws well. These small things make the office feel cheap and this is such a high cost procedure, especially in Scottsdale where patients like me are bougie and want to feel like we’re choosing the best in class providers. Cups and a pandora subscription are so cheap.
