Other than the fact I was in the waiting room for almost an hour, I did get all my questions answered so I can make an informed decision about hair transplants/restoration.

Also after our meeting there was a contract issue with main office and one email with Tammy and she straightened it out fast! Even called me personally to confirm I was happy.
