Our office is located within the REGUS Business Center. If the main door is locked, please follow the instructions on the sign to notify the front desk for admittance. If you are not able to reach anyone at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111 and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.

I met with Tammy G and had a great experience we talked and she showed me options and pricing. She went out of her way to help with financing she even scored me a nice discount! Thanks Tammy! Also after our meeting there was a contract issue with main office and one email with Tammy and she straightened it out fast! Even called me personally to confirm I was happy.
