Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Dallas

I originally selected FUE, but at the last minute, Bosley informed me that the technician was on vacation, so no one was available to perform the procedure. I could not change my schedule in the last minute. As a result, they switched to FUT, which resulted in fewer hairs being harvested from my scalp. I believe that if I had received FUE, as I had initially chosen, my hair density would have been much better.

The he staff was killed nd and professional and did everything they could to keep me comfortable during the entire process. They explained each step so that I was aware of what was happening.

Dr. Julie Kilgore, Daniel, Liz, Juju, Ashley, Ty, Trey, Denise, Laura, and the rest of the staff were hands down the best medical staff I have ever experienced. From consultants to receptionist to administrator to techs to the doctor. Their professionalism, compassion, humor, and warm friendliness made my morning and afternoon a breeze, on a rather anxiety ridden start to the day. Every single person helped to put my mind at ease at every turn throughout the day and made me feel like a part of their family. Such a cool staff! Dr. Kilgore is an artist with an eye for perfection, and her highly skilled staff are detail-oriented and meticulous "harvesters" and "gardeners." 10/10 would recommend this office/team to anyone looking for their confidence to be restored. Remember, there is no stigma attached to hair transplants anymore - and screw those who make you feel bad about even considering it! It's your money, your life, and your image! I had a great experience at Bosley. I had my first hair transplant surgery done at a smaller startup company, but Bosley did a much better job with my second hair transplant.
