Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Beverly Hills

I arrived for my consultation at, around, 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon (after a one and a half hour arduous drive from the San Fernando Valley) at their beautiful and spacious Beverly Hills Penthouse office. I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist, named Candi (sp?), who talked me through filling out some paperwork on a tablet computer. After that, we were joined by a Senior Counselor, Stephanie Gomez, who took me into her office and proceeded to ask me many experiential questions and explained several aspects of what I would undergo. We discussed the charges for their services and the various methods of payment from which to choose. She also took a few photographs of my hair for their use and my records. Ms. Gomez was very nice, informative, and professional. After about a half-hour or so with Stephanie, the hair transplant surgeon who'd be performing my restoration procedure, Dr. Deutsch, entered the office and we discussed specifics of the procedure itself, how I should prepare for it, what to expect afterwards, and what I should do, post operatively, to care for the surgical area as well as for myself. I felt very comfortable about the procedure that I was about to undertake after talking with him. 🙂 I am, by the way, no stranger to hair transplant procedures as I have had three in the past, performed by Bosley (two in 2001 and another in 2013), all of which worked out beautifully. I am very happy with the results of my previous procedures and, now that more of my residual (original) hair has faded away over time, I am looking forward to another restoration and great result from Bosley's staff of highly competent professionals.

Friendly and professional staff

I had an exceptional experience with all the staff during my procedure and post-operative care. They were all professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Stephanie provided invaluable assistance due to her expertise and kindness. Dr. Deutsch was also exceptional. I am satisfied with the outcome of the procedure, as I experienced no complications. Will highly recommend to others.

I am revising my post as a follow-up update. I am 75% satisfied with the results after 9 months. At the last appointment, upselling other products was presented. That was not what I expected at all. I decided to set another appointment in order to give the hair growth process a few more months. Thus, I am removing one STAR. I was given the Royal Queen's treatment by my assigned team. Scott was nurse kindness and caring. The step by step information shared with me through the day was reassuring and interesting. Being able to observe the three technicians separate out my hair to be used was fascinating. Coming home with the preorganized materials for the next seven days was greatly appreciated, especially when I am taking care of myself. Ok, let's get real the relaxing music and the generous lunch was just the cherry on the procedure. I slept well the first night and woke up with no pain. Slight discomfort only, and that is simply from the stitches in the back. My only regret is waiting 10 years to do it.

Bosley is the best. I have been on more than one occassion starting in Seattle and continuing in Beverly Hills. Staff and doctors are top notch, very professional. They are patient and take care of all your concerns. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Everything you would want and expect in the leader in hair restoration. And the results are amazing!
