I believe that you dont get a second chance to make a first impression! That being said, my consultant, Ms. Jennifer, met me with a smile, a greeting and a pleasant attitude. She talked with me about options and gave me time to process the information before moving on. It was a never any pressure, just information. Thank you Ms. Jennifer.
