No one called me to schedule the follow-up appointment. I had to pursue that myself because I needed/wanted my Finasteride prescription renewed. When I called the Bosley main number to schedule the appointment, it was difficult to get through to the Newport Beach office. They left a message with the Newport Beach office to call me back. I did not get a call back. When I called again, they connected me with the Seattle office. The Seattle office was finally able to get me a call back from the Newport office. Despite the confusion, everyone was friendly.
