Photo attached is what 12k+ worth of hair transplant got me 2.5 years since procedure, i was close to complete bald, but nothing like the photos they show on their site. They were not very responsive, and when I requested a partial refund I was told to come in, where the doctor said I could have another 500 for free but not money back. If the first 2100 didn't hold what would another 500 do?? Noone from corporate has attempted to contact me to assist or solve the issues. 1-14-2025 Update: I contacted the email that they provided to me in their response and still have not heard back from anyone about this. I will continue to update 2-25-25 Update: I attempted to reach out to both corporate (who told me only local can help) as well as the office i had the work done two weeks ago now. They refused to get on the call or call me back to have a conversation with me about some sort of refund or how to fix this. They just don't care about you, take your bsuienss anywhere else. 4/2/25 Still have not received anything from local or corporate. I highly encourage you to avoid these guys. Bad business practices, bad work, they lie and avoid. I have nothing good to say at this point. Beware! ***I will remove this with a refund so I can go somewhere that will actually give me my hair back.

Communication was thorough; every step explained and every question answered. Doctor is fantastic. She took time to make sure my needs and expectations were met. The follow up call was comforting too. Although no issues, I was relieved to know that I would have someone to ask if any issues or question came up after I got home. Techs were informative and friendly. Great experience overall.
