Brian in the Pittsburgh office was awesome. We talked about everything but my hair loss. We talked like we were old friends from high-school. He was great!!

Receptionist and rep were very nice and welcoming. Rep was kind of agressive and cheesy in his sales presentation - not my cup of tea! Assumed I had a wife, without reading my intake that I have a husband.
