Great option for hair restoration! The staff helped me from the beginning of my treatment, and they kept me updated with other options for hair restoration.

Everything was good. I just wish they told me in the original meeting that I may need an additional treatment to make my hair look thicker. I wanted my hairline a little lower, but I think they did what they could. The initial surgeon was very passive aggressive. I felt like she was just a little to aggressive sometimes. The post treatment is a little overwhelming but doable. Other than that, everything else was good.

The pricing structure for a transplant in the US is ridiculous and forces folks like me to look into international medical procedures. The same work in other countries is less than half with flights included done by renowned physicians. Very disappointing.

It has only been a few days so my response is only on the pre, actual procedure, and the 3-4 days thus far. The pre was fantastic although I think more info could have been provided that explained how dominates will thin out but based on health of donor area is the likelihood of being visible or not - Dr showed this very well on the Thursday. During was excellent but obviously as any procedure, some discomfort. During the end of the surgery, someone explained and went over the package from a distance but I think that videos would be helpful as very overwhelming especially after nearly 13 hours on a chair. Post experience so far is going well. I think it would be good for intentional video 3-4 days post Va just this survey
