The Troy MI staff were awesome. The day was a full day...but they treated me extremely well. To be honest - I did question my decision of having the transplant when I came home the day after. I thought "what did I do?" I MUST REINFORCE. you need to trust the process! I followed everything the Bosely Team stated . . and now 11 months post procedure....SO VERY PLEASED with the results! I strongly recommend Bosley. Don't take things lightly... write down all your questions & ask away. The Bosley team were patient and answered every question to my satisfaction. Would I do it again knowing what I know now - YES !

The Troy office has always been extremely helpful in my hair restoration journey. My procedure was such a success, that two friends have taken the chance and completed procedures of their own. The staff are professional and reassuring which I found to be pivotal in this type of lifestyle change. My procedure was in 2018 and the staff have never missed a beat in taking care of my needs as I move forward with my new hair.

Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful and made sure I was comfortable and answered any and all of the questions that I had and I am very happy I took the initiative to finally go through with the procedure.

It was a good experience. The staff was outstanding. They made sure I was comfortable and explained each step that was taking place. The doctor explained and discussed what the deserved goal was that we were trying to obtain.
