Great overall experience. Moses is very meticulous and does great work. He is talented, very customer focused, and an absolute pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in scalp micropigmentation. A true professional!

I previously have had two surgical procedures at the Bosley Chevy Chase office. My hair loss needs required more than one treatment and during a follow up visit, I was also recommended to go in for a third procedure to fill in some thin areas and maximize fullness to the extent possible. I was hesitant at first and put it off a year not for cost reasons but more from an attitude of accepting my appearance at least being an improvement before any treatment and that it's good enough. Thanks to Dr Ehrlich and very dedicated and skilled team and confidence I gained from the outcomes of earlier procedures, I decided this year to go in for the additional one. The day of each procedure although undergoing long hours of process, was always comfortable with each step completing like clockwork and staff making me feel at ease. I’m in the early recovery stage and looking forward to soon achieving an outcome I never thought possible. I believe that a better appearance is not only about looking in a mirror and being confident but is reflected in how you experience the world and health overall. Thank you, Dr Ehrlich and team, for your wonderful work!

Very attentive and professional office. The entire staff is experienced and friendly. Dr.Erich is especially easy to engage as well as being a perfectionist. I cannot recommend this hair restoration office enough!

Bosley Team - Washington DC is fantastic! Dr. Tim Ehrlich and his staff are friendly, professional, and client-focused. Calling in to schedule an appointment with Victor Fowles - Office Manager is easy and friendly. Dr. Ehrlich is professional and focuses on your specific goals and needs when it comes to hair restoration and milestones. The team that works on your hair restoration are courteous, respectful and focused. I am approximately 12 months out from the procedure and have followed the recommended after-care and maintenance. Overall a positive experience - those that know are amazed at the transformation.

I had surgical hair restoration at the Chevy chase MD location on Jan 24, 2025. From the consultation through post operation , I felt very very informed, very well taken care of and nothing but pleased with the entire experience. The day of the procedure, the whole team was so professional, attentive and personable. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the day. I am 100% satisfied so far.
