Everything was great

Professional and friendly. Easy to arrange consultation and schedule services. Doctor, nurses, technicians are highly respected. Especial, doctor call to follow-up after operation. Willing to answer client questions or concerns. Operation room and family are extremely. This is my third hair transplant (2 times at same facility). It is in deep a happy come-back patient at this facility. In my opinion, the addition charges on take home medication .... (approximate $950) seems a lit bit too high compared with other institute.

Location wasn’t too far from home. Very easy to schedule for an appointment. Lindsey was very helpful. She made me comfortable about talking about my hair situation. She was also friendly and easy to open up to. Even when I wasn’t approved for care credit she assist me in another resource for credit. I was approved in two seconds. Lindsey is very sweet and deserves a raise and a bonus for the amazing job she did assisting me. I can’t wait to start my treatment and see results.

I had an FUE procedure performed by Dr. Ehrlich and his team recently and it was a great experience, every member was professional but personable, created a nice atmosphere and made the process very comfortable. I received clear explanations for the current stage of my hair, my operation and my recovery timeline. Dr. Feldman was amazing. He really knows his stuff and I trusted him. He took time to listen to me and made sure that he addressed the areas that concerned me. His team was great, too. One person in particular was outstanding: Beth went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It was obvious how much she enjoys her work and I cannot thank her enough for the little things she did to make the process easier for me. She added a few braids in back which kept my long hair out of the way during the healing process. Beth is naturally friendly and caring, just chatting with her let me know that I was in good hands.
